Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with service and repair inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp or customer messages.
- Create job cards and clearly explain repair or maintenance work to customers.
- Coordinate between technicians and customers regarding vehicle status.
- Order spare parts from suppliers and follow up on deliveries.
- Provide customers with repair updates and estimated completion times.
- Prepare invoices and ensure smooth vehicle delivery to customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Skill & Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop.
- Good knowledge of German cars (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, VW).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage phone calls, walk-in customers, and workshop coordination.
- Knowledge of automotive spare parts ordering.
- Basic computer skills for job cards, invoices, and workshop systems.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
