Shipping Policy

We ship specialist automotive performance parts to customers within the UAE and selected international destinations. Due to the technical and often oversized nature of performance components, shipping timelines and responsibilities are clearly defined below.

Shipping Regions

We ship orders worldwide, subject to product availability, shipping feasibility, and local regulations.

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE) – Primary shipping region
  • GCC Countries – Standard international shipping available
  • International – Worldwide shipping available for eligible products

Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific destinations due to size, weight, manufacturer limitations, or regulatory requirements. DAS Tuning reserves the right to decline or adjust shipping methods where delivery is not feasible.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • Special-order, custom, or non-stock items will have estimated processing timelines communicated prior to checkout or order confirmation.
  • Processing time refers to order preparation and dispatch and does not include delivery transit time.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier performance, destination, and external factors.

  • UAE: Typically 1–3 business days
  • GCC: Typically 3–7 business days
  • International: Typically 7–14+ business days, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local courier handling

Delays caused by customs inspections, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions are outside DAS Tuning’s control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.

Oversized, heavy, or freight items may require a separate shipping quotation. Customers will be notified and must approve any additional shipping charges prior to dispatch.

Duties, Taxes, and Customs (International Orders)

For international shipments:

  • Customers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and clearance charges imposed by the destination country.
  • DAS Tuning does not prepay duties or taxes unless explicitly stated.
  • Refusal to pay customs charges or failure to clear shipments may result in the order being returned or abandoned, and may not be eligible for refund.

Risk, Liability, and Courier Responsibility

  • Once an order is handed over to the courier, delivery handling and timelines are managed by the carrier and risk transfers to the customer.
  • All delivery timelines provided by DAS Tuning are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • DAS Tuning is not liable for courier delays, missed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
  • Customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.

Transit Damage or Delivery Issues

  • Any visible damage, missing items, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to DAS Tuning within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims reported outside this window may not be eligible for review or resolution.
  • Customers may be required to provide photographs, packaging details, and courier documentation to support any claim and allow DAS Tuning to raise the issue with the courier.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided for all shipped orders once dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and coordinating with the courier for delivery arrangements.

To avoid delays or issues, customers are encouraged to confirm product compatibility, delivery details, and shipping suitability before placing an order. Our team is available to assist with pre-purchase guidance where required.
