We supply specialist automotive performance parts and services for specific vehicle applications. Our policies are designed to address installation risk and compatibility considerations, while providing fair and transparent handling of genuine concerns.
Eligibility Window
All return, refund, or exchange requests must be submitted within 7–14 days of delivery, depending on the product and order type. Requests made outside this period may not be accepted.
Returns & Refunds
Accepted Only If
Returns and refunds may be approved only if the item:
- Is unused and uninstalled
- Is returned in original, undamaged packaging
- Is in resalable condition
- Is accompanied by proof of purchase
All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.
Refund Method
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
- Installed or used parts
- ECU tuning files, software, or calibration services
- Electrical or electronic components once opened
- Custom, bespoke, or special-order items
- Clearance or discounted items
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation, handling, or misuse
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis if:
- The item is unused and uninstalled
- The request is made within 7–14 days of delivery
- The item is a standard stocked product
- The exchange is for:
- The same product in a different variant, or
- An alternative product of equal or higher value (any price difference must be paid by the customer)
Exchange Process & Conditions
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- One exchange per order is permitted
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchange shipping fees may apply
- Once a return is approved, customers may be required to place a new order for the replacement item
Exchanges Not Allowed For
- Installed or used items
- Electrical components once opened
- ECU software, tuning files, or calibration services
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or discounted products
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If DAS Tuning has supplied an incorrect item or a manufacturer-defective product, then:
- A full replacement or refund will be offered
- DAS Tuning will cover return shipping costs
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Failure to report within this timeframe may affect eligibility.
Important Technical Notes
- Product compatibility is the customer’s responsibility, unless confirmed in writing by DAS Tuning prior to purchase
- Professional installation is strongly recommended for all performance parts
- DAS Tuning is not liable for vehicle damage resulting from incorrect installation or use
- Performance modifications may affect manufacturer warranty coverage

DAS Tuning reserves the right to approve or decline any return, refund, or exchange request based on inspection findings and compliance with this policy.
